The South of France, our market under development

The South of France closes the house film. It is not yet a location: nothing is established there, no operation is published. It is a market under development — and a first operation is being structured: a bridge loan secured against a residence. This page says what that means, and what it will become.

A market under development, as the house means it

The South of France sits in the house’s register of territories — it closes the film that opens our pages — without being a location: no public portfolio, no track-record page, no dedicated Journal texts.

“Market under development” is not a phrase: it is a status. It says a territory is being instructed — observed, compared, documented — before being practised. We publish no market projection or conviction until an operation has been carried through there.

02

A first operation being structured

A first operation is being structured in the South of France: a bridge loan secured against a residence. A bridge loan is a short-term loan, secured by a real asset, repaid by the sale or refinancing of that asset; it remunerates patience, not promotion.

The operation will be presented once its instruction is complete. Until then, no amount, no timetable, no address: the house publishes only what is signed and documented.

03

Our approach, unchanged

The method does not change from one territory to the next: one operation retained out of twenty reviewed, one dedicated vehicle per operation, governed in writing, domiciled where it is administered — with the house’s own capital committed alongside investors’. The South of France will be no exception: it is precisely because the method is slow that a market remains “under development” for as long as it takes.

04

What the house is in France

France is not a foreign territory for the house: Wealth Management — Global Real Assets is a société par actions simplifiée under French law, registered with the Paris trade and companies register. French law is its law of origin.

The house guides — structuring a club deal, understanding the Luxembourg SCSp, understanding the flows of a private investment — hold for any French-speaking investor, here as elsewhere.

05

What we will publish here

This page will grow at the pace of facts, not announcements. The day the current operation is signed, it will be documented like the others: its place, its vehicle, its reports. If further files are retained, they will be added; if they are not, the page will say so too. That is how the house’s four locations were built — and how this one will be built, or not.
